Ironically, the only constant in life is change! As a leader, you will regularly be tasked with designing and implementing change initiatives within your organization. In addition, you will also need to strategize and plan to optimize your team’s uptake and buy-in of the change. This module will help you learn how to strategically design and roll out change initiatives that minimize team push back and foster resiliency.
