As such, we want to help you better understand your own personal preferences and tendencies in reference to managing others and explore the styles of your team members to empower them to better communicate and work collaboratively. As leaders, we are all pre-wired to adopt a certain approach to guiding our teams.
This module will provide you with an in-depth understanding of your own personality, tendencies and preferences all the while giving you the tools you need to access your team members individual “user manuals”. Once you complete the training, you will be able to tune into each employee’s frequency to ensure they are able to motivate, drive and achieve the performance you need!
