Module 11: Building Trust & Creating High Performance

A high-performing team is one that has high levels of trust, is able to have productive conflict, holds each other accountable, has high commitment and focuses on collective results. As a leader, you will be tasked with measuring the effectiveness of your team in reference to these foundational building blocks.

During this module we will explore the building blocks of a high-performing team using Patrick Lencioni’s 5 Behaviours of a High-Performing Team model. We will discuss the importance of team building and provide some tools and resources to support you in conducting these exercises.
