Module 3: Personality Styles

Now that you understand your own preferences and tendencies we will start to deep dive into how different styles on your team may be react to some of your innate approaches to leadership. During this module, we will teach you how to identify the different styles on your team to be able to adapt your approach, tune into their individual frequency and optimize team cohesiveness and collaboration. We will begin to explore how to use this newly acquired ability to strategically recruit a team that provides a balance and the benefits of a full complement DiSC team.
