Module 1: Designing Your Leadership Blueprint
When it comes to road trips, there are two ways we can take them. The first way is to hop in your car and just start driving. The second way is to first determine your ultimate destination, then map out the various attractions, cities, lookout spots you would like to hit along the way. Although there is a time for both types of trips and both can be fun, when it comes to leadership, it’s important to first determine the type of leader you would like to become(destination), determine how this vision aligns with the organizational vision, mission and values, then make a plan to bring that blueprint to fruition.

- Describe some of the challenges and benefits of leadership
- Describe the associated roles and responsibilities.
- Identify necessary information/resources to support your Leadership Planning process
